2005

The Laven Group, a compliance consultancy serving the investment management industry, is established by forward-thinking finance solicitor and hedge fund COO – Jerome Lussan.

2014

The group launches its own internal software to allow its consultants to succeed under the demand of an ever-growing base of clients.

2016

Recognising the benefits of our software to the wider industry, we extend its use to our first SaaS clients.

2021

The French office is established, and we win our first clients in France.

2022

We rebrand to Leo, launching our new website and LinkedIn.

2024

We continue to service the investment management industry. Our in-house team are ever-developing based upon the feedback from our clients and the needs of the industry itself. We provide a range of solutions including compliance monitoring, employee compliance, online training and due diligence SaaS.
